By using this card, you agree to the following; Rates and fees vary and are subject to change without prior notice. Advertised minutes are available for a promotional period and which may end before customer purchase. Announced minutes are based on single initial non-payphone call from continental USA before fees and surcharges are applied. Rates are higher for International cellular and special services termination. Domestic rates apply to calls within the continental USA. Calls billed in three minute increments. All calls placed from payphones will incur a $1.50 per call surcharge. 99¢ weekly maintenance charge applies after use. Network service provider is not responsible for local telephone charges incurred by the customer in gaining access to local telephone network. A post call fee or daily fee apply up to two dollar per call or daily and an additional thirty percent surcharges may apply. Disconnect fee apply up to fifty cents at end or start of call. The fee and surcharges will have the effect of reducing total minutes available if not used on a single call. This card is subject to applicable fee and charges which will reduce multiple-calls. Network provider is not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorized use of PIN. This Card has no value, is non-refundable. This Card expires 90 days after the date of first use. Network service provider's liability shall be limited to an amount equal to the value of this Card. The rates shown on the poster are good for 30 days from the designed date.
